Transomic analysis of blood glucose regulation system
Data-driven Biology ・ Assistant Professor ・ Toshiya Kokaji
Glucose is an essential nutrient for life, and the body has a system that maintains a constant blood glucose level (blood glucose level) in any environment. This system is a systemic biomolecular network, and the whole picture is still unclear. Transomic analysis is a method to construct a large-scale molecular network by combining multiple omic analyses. In this paper, we introduce the complexity of the regulatory system in our body through the large-scale blood glucose regulatory network constructed by transomic analysis.
